As a manufacturing enterprise with “strong internal capabilities,” we boast a fully integrated, vertically integrated production system. Our state-of-the-art production base in Songjiang, Shanghai, covers a total area of approximately 2,500 square meters and integrates a research and development center, an injection molding workshop, an SMT surface-mount technology line, a complete assembly line, and an intelligent warehouse all under one roof. We are equipped with two-color injection molding machines from international brands such as ARBURG and ENGEL, six fully automated Panasonic SMT lines, and operate within a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment that ensures stringent production controls. This enables us to achieve independent, end-to-end production—from mold design and precision injection molding, through automotive-grade PCBA manufacturing, to complete vehicle assembly.

To ensure the exceptional reliability and quality of our products, the company has established a comprehensive testing and validation system. We have four specialized laboratories: The Environmental Reliability Laboratory conducts rigorous tests such as high- and low-temperature cycling, salt-spray corrosion, and dust- and water-proofing; the Mechanical Mechanics Laboratory is equipped with drop-test machines, vibration tables, and other devices to verify the structural strength of our products; the Electrical Performance Laboratory performs electrical safety tests including insulation withstand voltage and temperature-rise analysis; and the EMC Laboratory focuses on electromagnetic compatibility verification, including electrostatic discharge and surge immunity testing. This fully integrated testing system ensures that every device leaving our factory meets automotive-grade quality standards.

In terms of product portfolio, we have developed a smart charging product matrix that covers all scenarios. The “Black Horse” series AC charging stations are renowned for their cost-effectiveness and wide compatibility, supporting card swiping, smart app control, and off-peak electricity tariff scheduling. The “Little Horse” series portable charging boxes feature an IP67 protection rating and can be flexibly configured with multi-standard charging connectors. The “Fast Horse” series DC charging stations offer multiple power options ranging from 30 kW to 60 kW, equipped with over ten real-time safety protection systems, and support adaptive compatibility with both new and old national standards. All products have undergone rigorous interoperability testing and are fully compatible with mainstream electric vehicle models both domestically and internationally.
